- Mao house does not provide early check in or late check out, please mind the time and your schedule.
- Reservation detail︱Weekday： Sunday to Friday ; Weekend : Saturday and the night before national holiday; The price will be adjusted on Chinese New Year holiday.
- Golden Mao House is designed as an open area, therefore consider the safety,guest with children under 12 or the elder people ( over 60 years old ), please be aware of it.
- In order to provide our resident a relaxing holiday, non- resident and noise are not allowed.
- For residential quality and safety issue, please do not smoke in Mao House.
- Mao house is prohibit of any commercial shooting, and also not allow pet, cooking in the room.The penalty will be double of the total amount.
